Sponsorships

Because of the unbelievable success from the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 events, we were able to raise in excess of $40,000 for the student athletes of West ISD and offer a $1,000 scholarship to honor of Nick and Nick.  Our goal this year is to raise $15,000.  To do so, we need your support.  Below are levels of sponsorship that you and your company/business are asked to consider.  Remember, all funds raised go to support the student athletes of West ISD.

We have the following sponsorship levels available:

Level One - $100 Donation

Sponsor’s name, company/business information will be posted wither on a T-box or Green on the golf course, name listed on tournament t-shirt, web page and will be recognized during the Awards Ceremony and in the local newspaper.

 Level Two - $250 Donation

Prize Hole Sponsor, such as longest drive or closest to the pin, plus all acknowledgments listed in Level One.

 Level Three - $500 Donation

Trophy Sponsor with company name engraved on trophies, all acknowledgments listed in Level One and 2 Complimentary Entry Fees.

 Level Four - $1,000 Donation

Event Sponsor with name and/or logo listed on event banners, all acknowledgments listed in Level One and 4 Complimentary Entry Fees.

Auction Item - Item or Cash Donation to go towards the purchase of auction items

All acknowledgements listed in Level One.

Miscellaneous Items - We are also in need such items as bottled water and food items for the snack and supper we provide before and after the tournament.

Please make checks for monetary donations payable to West Athletic Booster Club (or simply "WABC") and mail no later than June 30, 2010 to:   Adolf Kolar, Tournament Co-Chairperson, PO Box 391, West, TX 76691.  If you are donating at the Level Three or Level Four sponsorships, please fill out the registration form (click here for form) to register your team and receive your complimentary entry fees and mail along with your donation.  If you would like to donate an auction item or any miscellaneous items, please contact Ernie Goates at 315-6851 or send an email to egoates@aol.com.
